Arlo Matthews
Arlo Matthews is an independent CT & MA-based musician. Taking after his 70s and 80s musical heroes and combining that with modern influences, Matthews presents his take on a contemporary folk rock sound while additionally dipping into several other genres. Matthews' debut album, “Waiting for Daybreak,” was released in 2022, followed up by summer single “What Couldn’t We Do” the next year. Aside from his solo output, Matthews has been the lead singer of indie rock band Flipside since 2019. In 2023, he officially joined the lineups of Boston rock band Off By One and CT emo-punk band Overlöded. Matthews releases under his own DIY record label, SolarTune Records & Tapes.
